          Tips for setting up a fundraising page

          • Add a photo: A photo will liven up your donation page and encourage people to find more about the cause that you’re raising money for.
          • Get personal: Talk about why your fundraising, what made you fundraise for this cause, and if you’re fundraising for someone, tell their story and your relationship with them.
          • Share your page: Let your close friends and family know about your fundraising first, so you can lock in a few solid donations before sharing it to everyone else.
          • Social media: Share your fundraising page on as many social media platforms as possible, and get your close friends and family members to share it too!
          • Give regular updates: Keep everyone in the know about how you’re doing with your fundraising along with updates on your training! You can do this by posting on social media and raising engagement!
          • Gift Aid: Encourage donors to use Gift Aid when donating. This helps to give your fundraising total a nice boost.
          • Incentivise your donors: Invite friends, family and other to fun fundraising events!
