Our social clubs consist of Weekend Day Care and a Thursday Group for more active people with dementia.

    Socialise in a safe environment

The clubs provide people with dementia a chance to socialise in a safe environment and offer respite for their carers. During the clubs carers get a break from caring and can spend the time doing whatever they would like to do.

    How to join us

Referrals to the weekday/weekend clubs can be made by your Dementia Link Worker or Dementia Adviser if you are already a member of Dementia Concern. Get in touch with your relevant Dementia Concern member of staff if you're interested.

You'll need to have a diagnosis of dementia, live in the borough of Ealing and be assessed by a Dementia Adviser or Link Worker to join the clubs.

If you’re not already known to Dementia Concern, you can speak to an adviser first to book an initial assessment for Dementia Concern, then be assessed by one of our clubs team to attend the clubs.
